How To Cook Guacamole With Roasted Garlic And Avocado - Recipe

Required products :

  • 15 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 avocados cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 diced tomato
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Spread the garlic cloves on aluminum foil and sprinkle with olive oil.
  • Fold the foil so that it forms a package, but the cloves remain arranged in one layer.
  • Bake for about 30-40 minutes, until browned and softened. Wait for it to cool and cut in half.
  • Transfer the avocado to a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and lightly mash with a fork to the desired consistency.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and garlic and stir to distribute evenly.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serve garlic guacamole with crackers or freshly baked homemade bread.
