Necessary products:

 

  • 1 onion
  • a carrot
  • a soft tomato
  • a red pepper
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2-3 hake cutlets
  • Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 150 milliliters of water or broth
  • olive oil, salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • flour 1-2 tbsp

 

Method of preparation:

 

An hour before cooking, salt the fish and cool it. Cut onions, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and peppers into circles.

 

Grease a baking dish with olive oil with a lid and arrange the vegetables alternately. Roll the fish in flour and place it on the peppers.

 

Season with salt, black and red pepper. Add the bay leaf, oregano, pour the water and vinegar. Put the lid on, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the fish for 40 minutes.

 

Cool, serve, garnished with spices of your choice and enjoy.
