Necessary products:

 

  • 1 peeled and sliced ​​hake (hake)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • dill
  • a few stalks of green onions
  • 200 grams of mayonnaise
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 mashed potatoes
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour about 2 liters of water into a saucepan, add salt and bay leaf. Once hot, add the chopped hake.

Cook for about 10 minutes, strain and place in a greased pan. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Mix the mayonnaise with the mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper to taste, lemon juice, garlic and dill.

Stir the sauce until homogeneous, cool the fish and serve, garnished with it. Sprinkle with chopped fresh onions.
