Required products :
8 eggs (for swamps)
1.5 teaspoons sugar (1 cup for marshmallows and 0.5 cup for coating)
1.5 teaspoons flour (1 cup for marshmallows and 0.5 cup for coating)
430 grams of butter (200 grams for marshmallows, 150 grams for cream and 80 grams for coating)
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 egg yolks (for the coating)
250 grams of sunflower halva (for cream)
100 grams of sesame (for the coating)
2 tablespoons honey (for the coating)
3 egg whites
100 grams of coconut shavings
1 tablespoon orange (or other) jam
Method of preparation :
Start by making swamps. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with half of the marshmallow sugar, add the flour, softened butter, baking powder and separately beaten egg whites with the other half of the sugar.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and bake. Cut each of them in half to get 4 layers for the cake (another option is to bake one loaf and cut it into 4).
Take care of the marshmallows, which you will break to sprinkle on the cake. Beat the yolks (for the coating) with the sugar, add the flour, butter, honey and sesame seeds.
Knead the dough, from which bake the loaf, leave to cool and break.
Take a ready-made loaf, spread it with orange jam and beaten egg whites with coconut shavings.
Put in the oven for 5 - 8 minutes.
The cream. Beat the butter and mix it with the crushed halva.
Assemble the cake. Spread one loaf with halva cream, put the one with the egg whites on it, spread the cream, followed by the third loaf, cream and the last 4th layer.
Cover the walls and surface of the cake with cream and sprinkle generously with the crushed loaf. Leave for 4 hours, after which you can enjoy the amazing taste.
