Learn how to cook "Ham rolls with mushrooms and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of ham
250 grams of mushrooms (fresh or canned)
1 onion
50 grams butter
1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
50 grams yellow cheese
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion, peeled and cut into small cubes, until transparent.
During this time, wash, dry and cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Add to the onions and let them cook together over medium heat until done. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Cut the ham into thin pieces large enough to roll them.
When the mushrooms have cooled, add the grated yellow cheese and a little mayonnaise. Put the finished stuffing at one end of each piece of ham and carefully roll rolls, which you can fasten with toothpicks and tie with green onion feathers.
The appetizer is very tasty, served with cream or garlic sauce.
