Required products (for 15 pcs.) :

  • 15 pieces of ham
  • 400 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 200 ml cream with a fat content of 10%
  • 70 ml of dry white wine
  • 50 ml of fresh milk
  • 2-3 tsp flour
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper, oil, dill (optional)

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry them for 10-15 minutes, season. Cut the dill and put the ham on the pieces. At one end, place the stuffing (1-1.5 tablespoons) and roll. Mix the milk, cream, wine, flour in a bowl and mix until smooth.

Grease a pan with oil, arrange the rolls in it, pour the cream sauce over them and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

The rolls are served hot, you can decorate with dill if you wish.
