Required products :

  • 4 fresh raw eggs
  • 2 burgers
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 60 grams of smoked salmon

For the sauce:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 12-150 grams of butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • freshly ground white pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

 

Method of preparation :

First make the Dutch sauce.
