How To Cook Hash Browns With Potatoes And Green Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • sea ​​salt for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

  • Rinse the potatoes in a colander under cold running water.
  • Drain the water, press them in handfuls and transfer to a bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper and mix well to taste evenly.
