Required products :

3 eggs

200 grams of ground hazelnuts

1 teaspoon leavening agent

a little cocoa (maybe without it)

80 grams of sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the hazelnuts, eggs, sugar, cocoa and baking powder.

Grease a suitable form (with a capacity of 1 liter) with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the resulting dough into it and place in the microwave for 5 minutes at 900 watts.

Let the cake cool and serve.

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar, crushed hazelnuts, decorate with whipped cream, fruit or pour melted chocolate.
