How To Cook Hazelnut Cake Without Flour With Chocolate Icing - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 200 grams of ground hazelnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 80 grams of granulated sugar
  • cream of your choice: from melted chocolate or boiled condensed milk, whipped with butter

Method of preparation:

Mix the ground nuts with the raw eggs and stir until smooth. Then add the baking powder, sugar and mix once more thoroughly. Pour the "dough" into a form (with a capacity of 1 liter), greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake in the oven until done (you can also use a microwave). Spread the finished dessert generously with melted chocolate or make a cream by whipping condensed milk with butter (maybe another cream of your choice, of course). Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.

You can make the cake from two marshmallows.
