Required products :

  • 3 large egg whites
  • 175 grams of powdered sugar
  • 50 grams of roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 120 degrees and cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper.
  • In a clean and dry bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar and turn on the mixer again for about 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining sugar, observing the proportion.
  • When the mixture hardens and acquires shine, add the chopped hazelnuts and stir with a spoon to distribute evenly.
  • Shape the kisses with a syringe or use a clean plastic bag with a cut end on one side.
  • Bake for nearly 2 hours, turn off the oven and leave the door ajar until the kisses have cooled completely.
  • Melt the chocolate and sprinkle.
  • And don't forget to serve them with a smile!
