Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 500 grams of plain flour
  • 5 grams of black coal powder
  • packet of dry yeast
  • one teaspoon of sugar and salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon warm water

 

for garnish

 

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 finely chopped fresh tomato
  • 100 grams of shredded cheese
  • a few cloves of garlic
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • salt, pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a bowl and add the black charcoal.

 

Mix and add the dry yeast, salt and sugar. In another bowl pour warm water, olive oil and combine with dry ingredients. Make a dough and after it rises, divide it into parts.

Roll out breadcrumbs and garnish with tomato paste, whole garlic cloves, chopped fresh tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and optionally add fresh oregano and basil.

Place the pizza on a tray lined with a sheet of parchment, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool, cut and serve. The activated carbon in the dough is not harmful, it has a beneficial effect on our body and helps reduce cholesterol.
