How To Cook Healthy Bread With Dried Fruits, Nuts And Cinnamon. No Flour! - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup cashew oil
  • 1/2 cup almond oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 tea cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 8 dates, cut in bulk
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 tea cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 tea cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon walnuts, chopped
For sprinkling :
  • dried fruit
  • nuts

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover two loaves with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat the nut butter with the eggs with a mixer until smooth.
  • Add the coconut sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt and baking powder and turn on the mixer again for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the dried fruits and chopped nuts and stir briefly enough to distribute in the mixture.
  • Distribute the dough in the prepared forms and sprinkle with dried fruits and nuts.
  • Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Cut and serve with homemade butter or fragrant jam.
