Necessary products:

 

  • 3 bananas
  • 200 grams of fresh spinach
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation:


Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the elongated cake pan and grease it.

 

Put the bananas, spinach, honey, cream, peanut butter in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the beaten egg, vanilla, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Mix well, transfer the dough to the form and bake for 40 minutes. Check the readiness with a dry stick. Cool, cut and serve.
