Pour the almond milk into a saucepan, add the quinoa and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cool, put a lid on to absorb the liquid. Add honey, cocoa and stir. Serve breakfast sprinkled with fresh blueberries. Serve and enjoy.
