Ten minutes - that's all you need to make this healthy carrot soup. It is low in calories and fat, and ginger in it will boost immunity during the winter months. Well, let's not waste any more time!

 

Necessary products

  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 20 grams of wholemeal bread
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 200 milliliters of vegetable broth

 

Method of preparation

Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Put them in the blender together with the ginger, turmeric, hot red pepper, bread, cream. Finally, pour the vegetable broth.

Beat all ingredients until a thick and smooth mixture is obtained. Heat the finished soup in the microwave or on the stove. You can put a little cream on top and sprinkle with more hot pepper. Enjoy your meal!
