Necessary products:

 

  • 150 grams of iceberg lettuce
  • 100 grams of lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped leaves of Lolo Rosso salad
  • 1 cup fresh dandelion leaves
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes, washed and cut in half
  • 1 grated carrot
  • half a bunch of fresh onions
  • a few dandelion flowers for decoration
  • salt, lemon juice and olive oil to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak dandelion leaves in water mixed with vinegar and leave for at least an hour. Drain, dry and cut into a bowl. Add finely chopped iceberg lettuce, lettuce and Loro Rosso to them.

Season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice to taste. Stir, pour into a plate and add the chopped cherry tomatoes, carrots and fresh onions. Decorate with flowers, cool and serve!
