Required products :

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

 

  • Put the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.
  • Heat them over medium heat and after the water boils, leave the pan on the stove for another 1 minute.
  • Remove, cover and let the eggs stand in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
  • Fill them with cold water and wait for them to cool completely before peeling them and cutting them into cubes.
  • In a large bowl, mix the eggs, tomatoes, yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, green onions, onions and garlic powder.
  • Stir lightly and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the salad with bread, arugula or anything else of your choice.
