Necessary products :
1 liter of water
1 lemon a
handful of grated lemon peel
sugar to taste and optionally
5 tablespoons potato starch
100 grams of honey
Preparation :
Put the grated citrus peel in a suitable container and pour hot water. Let stand for half an hour, then remove the crust and add the sugar to the water.
Place the pan on the hob and wait for the liquid to boil. When this happens, add the pre-dissolved potato starch.
The mixture should boil again and remove from the heat. Add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. When the sour cools down a bit, add honey (at high temperatures it loses its useful properties).
This combination is not only delicious but also healing. It helps cleanse the blood vessels and intestines, strengthens the immune system, is a wonderful tool for the prevention of colds and helps to lose weight.
