Method of preparation:
Put the milk, eggs, olive oil, some oatmeal in a blender and beat. In another bowl, pour the remaining nuts, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and flaxseed.
Stir and combine the mixtures. Add the sunflower seeds and cranberries.
Stir, heat and grease a flat grill. Using a ladle, scoop out the mixture and bake pancakes.
Prepare all in the same way and arrange on a plate. Serve and eat with pleasure and enjoyment.
