Required products for 4 pieces:

 

  • 4 slices of black bread for toasters
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • a few fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • dry oregano according to your taste
  • chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 50 grams of olives of your choice
  • 100 grams of turkey ham
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 4 fine slices of salami
  • black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare a pan, grease it with olive oil and arrange the slices. Spread them with tomato paste. Arrange the mushrooms, spinach leaves, olives and garnish with ham, salami and yellow cheese. Sprinkle with oregano, basil and pepper to taste. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the sandwiches for 10 minutes. Arrange on a plate and serve.
