Soak the lentils in salted water overnight (or at least for 1 hour).
Drain and rinse. Put it in a food processor with an S-shaped knife. Add all the other products, except the basil, and grind until you get a puree, to which you finally add the spice.
Pour into a pan lined with greased baking paper and spread in a thin layer. If you don't have a large enough pan, bake the chips twice.
Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
Carefully "peel" the swamps from the paper and cut into triangles with scissors.
Place the triangles on a wire rack and return to the oven for another 5-15 minutes at 170 degrees to make them crispy and golden.
Store in a well-sealed box for up to 3 days at room temperature. If you want to store longer, you can freeze the chips in zippered bags.
