Necessary products:

 

  • 350 grams of chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons natural soy sauce
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon crushed hot peppers
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
  • 150 grams of wholemeal spaghetti
  • 50 grams of broccoli
  • 1 peeled and sliced ​​carrot
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 sprigs of chopped parsley
  • 2 stalks chopped fresh onion

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil, strain and cool the paste. Wash and cut the chicken breasts. Pour 500 milliliters of water into a saucepan and boil the meat, carrots, broccoli and lemon. When ready, cool.

Mix soy sauce, peanut butter, garlic, chili, ginger in a saucepan and mix until smooth.

Bring to a boil and add the spaghetti, meat and vegetables. Stir and serve the dish warm, garnished with chopped onions and fresh parsley.
