Necessary products:

 

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 tea cup unsalted soft butter
  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of wholemeal flour, maybe a little more

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the spinach leaves in a blender and chop them finely.

 

Pour the vegetables into a bowl, add the flour, salt, parmesan, beaten egg and butter. Prepare the dough and roll it out. Cut shapes of your choice and arrange them in a tray covered with a sheet of non-stick paper.

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the snack for 10-15 minutes. Cool, arrange in a bowl and serve.
