  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 1 baking powder
  • 5 grams of vanilla powder

  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 250 milliliters of liquid confectionery whipping cream
  • 1 ampoule of almond essence
  • 250-300 grams of peeled and sliced ​​strawberries
  • liquid pink colorant for food
  • 200 grams of coconut shavings

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare two bowls and separate the egg whites from the yolks in them. Add the sugar to the first one and beat until you get hard snow. Beat the yolks with the butter and oil. Carefully pour the whipped cream and stir.

Put the flour in a bowl, add the vanilla, baking powder and egg mixture. Stir and pour the mixture into a cake tin, pre-greased and floured. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Cool and remove the tops, cut them into a heart shape, and set aside the cuttings. Make a cream by mixing the sour cream with the powdered sugar and beat the confectionery until you get a creamy mixture.

Combine the products, add the essence, colorant and stir. Put some of the cream in a syringe. Place the first loaf on a suitable tray, spread cream on it and sprinkle with coconut shavings.

Assemble the cake in the same order, garnishing the last loaf with the sliced ​​strawberries. Decorate the sides of the cake with a syringe and the remaining coconut shavings. Cool the cake, cut and serve.
