How To Cook Heated With Cauliflower, Ham And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 cauliflower divided into roses
  • 1 head finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 150 grams of finely chopped ham
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:


Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Steam the cauliflower, strain, cool and chop finely. Fry it in hot oil, along with onions and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the vegetables into a pan, add the ham and cheese, stir. Beat the cream, egg yolks, flour and pour hot. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until done. Serve the dish warm, garnished with thyme leaves.
