Required products :

3 hacks

1 lemon

3 - 4 tomatoes

1 - 2 tea cups cream

2 cloves garlic

100 grams of yellow cheese

corn oil

breadcrumbs

dill

sol

pepper

Method of preparation :

Wash the fish, clean it, be careful not to damage your back. Then rub with salt and pepper on all sides and pour the lemon juice. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with corn oil. Put a sprig of dill on each piece of fish.

Steam the tomatoes and peel them, cut in half and squeeze the juice. Cut the meat into small cubes and mix them with the cream to which you have added the crushed garlic and half of the yellow cheese (grated). Spread the resulting combination on the inside and outside of the fish. Sprinkle the surface with the remaining yellow cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake the dish at 200 degrees for about 30 - 35 minutes.
