Required products :

  • minced meat
  • bow
  • bread
  • eggs
  • cheese
  • carrots
  • garlic
  • sour cream or mayonnaise
  • salt and other spices to taste

Determine the quantities of the products yourself according to the desired number of servings and your personal taste preferences.

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs firmly, peel them and cut in half lengthwise.

Remove the yolks, mash them with a fork and add grated yellow cheese, grated boiled carrots, crushed garlic and a little sour cream or mayonnaise. Add salt to taste and fill the resulting halves with egg whites.

Then combine them in pairs to form a whole egg.

Knead the minced meat in the standard way together with finely chopped onions, bread soaked in water (not milk) and spices to taste. Form flat loaves out of it, so that their size is enough to wrap an egg. Put one in the middle, "dress" it in the mixture and roll in beaten egg. Do the same with the others.

Shape one end like a snout, make eyes and a nose out of pieces of olives, black peppercorns or the crust of black bread. For the needles, use noodles.

Arrange the prepared prickly meatballs in a tray.

Bake until done in a moderate oven.

Enjoy your meal!
