Required products :
1 kg of nettle
2 kg of malt
50 grams of hops
14 grams of ginger
25 grams of brewer's yeast
3 teaspoons of sugar
Method of preparation :
Wash the nettles, put the leaves in a saucepan, add malt, grated or finely crushed ginger, hops and pour all 9 liters of cold water.
Place the pan on the stove, bring the liquid to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
Dissolve the sugar in the hot water and then add the yeast, stirring constantly. Pour into a suitable container, leave in a warm place and wait for the drink to ferment.
When this happens, distribute in bottles, which are closed with corks.
Store in a cool place.
