Method of preparation :
Mix the almond flour with the cocoa, sweetener, coconut flour, salt and baking powder. Add the egg, oil, vanilla and mix well.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Turn on the oven to heat and cover the biscuit tray with paper.
Sprinkle the kitchen counter with cocoa and roll out the dough to a thickness of about 6-7 millimeters. Cut small circles - about 4 centimeters in diameter.
Arrange them in the pan and bake them for 15-16 minutes.
Cool.
Make a smooth cream from the butter, sweetener, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Spread and glue the cooled cookies.
