How To Cook Homemade Almond Glued Biscuits Without Sugar - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3/4 tea cups of almond flour
  • 1/3 tea cup of cocoa
  • 1/3 teaspoon crystal sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon oil
  • 1 egg size XL
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

for the filling:

  • 125 grams of soft butter
  • 3/4 tea cup sweetener - powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of Himalayan or sea salt

Method of preparation :

Mix the almond flour with the cocoa, sweetener, coconut flour, salt and baking powder. Add the egg, oil, vanilla and mix well.

Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Turn on the oven to heat and cover the biscuit tray with paper.

Sprinkle the kitchen counter with cocoa and roll out the dough to a thickness of about 6-7 millimeters. Cut small circles - about 4 centimeters in diameter.

Arrange them in the pan and bake them for 15-16 minutes.

Cool.

Make a smooth cream from the butter, sweetener, vanilla and a pinch of salt.

Spread and glue the cooled cookies.
