Required products :

2 kg of
sugar apples : 100 or 300 grams (depending on the sweetness of the fruit)

Method of preparation :

Grate the apples with a coarse grater and pour cold water over them. If they are sour, add 150 grams of sugar, and if they are sweet - only 50 grams.
Mix thoroughly and cover the dish with gauze. Leave for three weeks in a warm place to ferment.
During this period, stir with a wooden spoon. When this time has elapsed, strain the mixture and add the same amount of sugar that you put in the beginning depending on the sweetness of the apples.
Stir and distribute the liquid in suitable containers. The vinegar must ferment for another 2 months. During this time it will boil and gradually the color will become lighter. Once it becomes transparent, it is ready.
Strain once more and you can use as intended.

It is best to store in closed containers in the cold.
