Required products :
- 200 grams of flour
- 300 milliliters of cream
- 2 eggs with separated egg yolks
- 30 grams of powdered sugar
- pinch of salt
- 200 grams of grated apples
- oil for the pan
For garnish :
- 150 grams of sour cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method of preparation :
- In a medium bowl, beat the egg yolks, cream, sugar and salt.
- Add the flour and stir briefly. Allow the mixture to rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites in the snow and gradually add them to the main mixture.
- Add the grated apples and stir to distribute evenly.
- Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/2 tea cup of the mixture and bake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining dough.
- In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Serve the apple pancakes warm, garnished with the flavored cream.
