How To Cook Homemade Apricot Jam With Honey And Lemon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of fresh apricots, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • the juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed

Method of preparation :

  • Heat the water and honey in a saucepan over medium heat until the mixture boils.
  • Add the apricots and lemon juice, stir and reduce the heat.
