How To Cook Homemade Banana Pudding With Vanilla Flavor - Recipe

Required products :

100 grams of sugar

1 tablespoon starch

1 teaspoon salt

350 milliliters of fresh milk

3 egg yolks

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 banana

mint leaves for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the sugar, starch and salt in a small saucepan. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring. Put on the stove at medium heat until the mixture boils. Let it boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the yolks one by one, stirring constantly until thickened.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla sugar. Allow the cream to cool.

Refrigerate for an hour.

Puree the banana and add it to the dessert before serving.

Distribute the pudding in suitable cups or other shapes, decorate with mint leaves and banana pieces.
