Required products :

  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon + 2 tablespoons water at room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon +2 tablespoons of beer
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the yeast flour and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add water, beer and vinegar and stir with a wooden spoon.
  • Finish the dough with your hands, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Knead the dough on a clean floured surface and transfer it to a greased pan covered with baking paper.
  • Shape the bread by gently pulling the edges to the side, lightly kneading it on top and covering the pan with foil. Leave the dough to rise for about 2 hours.
  • Bake at the bottom of the oven at 180 degrees (or 160 degrees with a fan) for about 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack before serving with homemade butter, colored salt or a delicious dish.
