How To Cook Homemade Biscuits With Oatmeal And Raisins - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 3/4 tea cup fine oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup self-swelling flour
  • 1/2 cup self-swelling wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 tea cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon walnut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tea cup cold filtered water

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, combine the raisins, cornflakes, oatmeal, flour and sugar.
  • In another bowl, lightly beat the egg, then add the walnut oil and water.
  • Mix the contents of the two bowls and mix well to distribute the ingredients.
  • Lightly brush your hands, shape the biscuits from 2 tablespoons of the mixture and arrange them on a tray covered with baking paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees / 180 degrees if you turn on the fan / until golden.
  • Wait for them to cool for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
