Required products :

  • 125 grams of soft butter
  • 55 grams of sugar
  • 180 grams of flour

Method of preparation :

Using a mixer, mix the butter with the sugar until you get a cream that does not contain sugar crystals. Sift the flour and knead a soft dough.
