  • 1 tablespoon (topped) flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • a pinch of soda
  • 50 grams of coconut shavings
  • 80 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 60 grams of butter
  • sugar syrup with rum or cognac

Method of preparation :

Beat the egg in a bowl, add 40 grams of sugar.

Beat with a mixer.

Pour the flour and stir.

It's time for the cocoa, put half of it. Stir again.

Cover the bottom of a detachable form with a diameter of 12 cm with parchment and then pour the liquid dough.

Bake the marshmallows for about half an hour at 160 degrees.

When ready, cut it into two equal parts horizontally.

Apply the cream. Pour the milk into a bowl, add 40 grams of sugar and butter. Heat the mixture until all the products are completely dissolved.

Then pour the coconut flakes and cook the mixture for about 5 minutes until it thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, cool and the cream is ready.

Another option is to prepare it with semolina porridge. Just add coconut and sugar to it.

To make the glaze, put 20 grams of butter in a bowl, pour 1 tablespoon (tablespoon) of sugar, the same amount of cocoa and milk.

Put on medium heat until you get a thick homogeneous mass.

Put one tray in a plate and spread a thick layer of stuffing on it (use the whole amount).

Next is the second loaf, which you syrup with sugar syrup, in which you pour a little rum or cognac, maybe also honey water or coconut milk.

Apply with the cooled glaze on the surface and store in the refrigerator.

Let it cool well and enjoy this real culinary work.
