Required products :

  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry active yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon water at room temperature

Method of preparation :

 

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt and yeast.
  • Add the water and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula to form a smooth dough.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough stand at room temperature for 12 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and place the cast iron pan in it to heat up.
  • Brush your palms, take the dough out of the bowl and form a ball.
  • Open the lid of the bowl, put the dough in it and close it again.
  • Bake the bread under a lid for 30 minutes and then 15-20 minutes open until golden brown crust.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing and serving.
