bread dough
1 tomato
200 grams pitted
salt salt, ground black pepper and oregano to taste a
little oil
Method of preparation :
Roll out the dough into a layer about 1 cm thick.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, the olives into pieces. Mix them in a suitable bowl, add a little oil and spices to taste.
Spread the filling over the dough.
Roll up the roll, closing the ends as well.
The filling should not be visible from anywhere.
Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30-50 minutes until risen.
Bake the bread in a preheated 180 degree oven until you get an appetizing golden crust on the surface. Check readiness with a toothpick.
