Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 50 grams of rye and corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar and chili flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 280 milliliters of water

Additives:

  • 50 grams of black and green olives
  • 70 grams of dried tomatoes


Method of preparation :

Mix the rye and wheat flour in the baking dish, add the yeast, then the corn flour, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper flakes and pour the water. Follow the sequence of adding the products.

Turn on the appliance in "Kneading" mode for 20-25 minutes. Then pour the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, green and black olives into the dough. Turn the bakery to baking mode.

When the bread is ready, take it out of the bowl, wait for it to cool and then cut it.
