How To Cook Homemade Bread With Garlic Butter And Parsley - Recipe

Required products :

  • 7 grams of active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 225 milliliters of warm water
  • 390 grams of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Method of preparation :

  • Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Do not use hot water, because the bread will not rise.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add 1/2 of the flour and stir briefly.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The next morning, add the remaining flour and salt and knead a smooth dough that separates easily from your palms.
  • Divide it into 8 equal parts and form balls.
  • Arrange them in a greased round pan with a diameter of about 24 centimeters and leave to rise in the heat until they double in size.
  • During this time, preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic and parsley. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and stir.
  • When the bread rises, spread it with the beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Remove from the oven, grease with garlic oil and serve.
