Required products :
500 milliliters of water or milk
14 grams of dry yeast
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of honey
75 grams of butter
about 900-1000 grams of flour

Method of preparation :
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk or water. Add salt, honey, some sifted flour and softened butter.
Knead a pliable dough, gradually adding the remaining flour.
Cover the finished dough with a towel and stay in a warm place for 30-40 minutes to rise.
Lay parchment on the inside (bottom and walls) of two clay pots with a diameter of 12 centimeters. Put the risen dough in them, which you have previously divided into two equal parts.
Leave to rise once more for about 25-30 minutes, then grease the surface (maybe with egg or milk) and sprinkle with seeds or nuts of your choice.
Bake the bread on the lowest level of the oven at 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
