11 grams of dry yeast

250 - 300 milliliters of water

1/2 tablespoon salt

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation :

Knead the dough from these products and leave in a warm place until it doubles in volume. Then knead once more, give the desired shape and place in a greased pan (or a suitable shape). You can make small loaves instead of a whole loaf. The dough must stand in the bowl for another 15 minutes to rise. When this happens, spray it with water and make small incisions on the surface. Place in the oven and let the bread bake for an hour at 200 degrees.

Enjoy your meal!
