Required products :
For the dough:
175 grams of butter
175 grams of sugar
3 eggs
175 grams of flour
1/2 teaspoon leavening agent
5 teaspoons of instant coffee
75 grams of ground walnuts
For cream:
200 grams of condensed milk
cocoa to taste
100 grams of butter
For decoration:
raisins in cocoa
halves of walnuts
Method of preparation :
Beat the butter with the sugar until you get the consistency of whipped cream. Mix the eggs separately and add the beaten butter in portions. Add the flour, coffee, dissolved in 2 tablespoons of hot water, baking powder and walnuts.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a suitable form with oil, sprinkle with flour and pour half of the dough. So bake two marshmallows.
Make a cream by whipping the condensed milk with the cocoa and the softened butter (there should be no lumps).
Spread the hot cocoa cream on the hot sheets and stick together. Spread the surface and sides of the cake with it and decorate with halves of walnuts and raisins rolled in cocoa.
