How To Cook Homemade Cake With Raisins, Walnuts And Candied Fruit - Recipe

Required products :

1 egg
150 grams of flour
250 grams of sour cream
400 grams of sugar
pinch of soda
150 grams of walnuts (or other nuts)
150 grams of raisins
50 grams of poppy seeds
50 grams of candied fruit
pinch of salt

For the cream:
sour cream
sugar
vinyl

Method of preparation is:

In a deep bowl, beat the egg with a pinch of salt and sugar. Then add the sour cream with the baking soda (or baking powder).
Sift the flour and gradually add it to the other products, kneading the dough with the consistency of cream.

 
Divide it into 4 parts. In one put the crushed nuts, in the second - raisins, in the third - candied fruit and in the fourth - poppy seeds.

Bake 4 loaves in an oiled form (or cover with parchment), it takes about 25-30 minutes.

 

Allow them to cool, while making the cream.
To do this, beat the sour cream with sugar and a pinch of vanilla.

Assemble the cake, arranging the tops on top of each other, and spread the resulting cream between them.
Decorate the surface and walls with candied fruit or sprinkle with ground walnuts.

 

Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours, and preferably overnight.
