Required products :
2 teaspoons flour
200 grams of butter
1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
For the glaze:
4 tablespoons cream
4 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons sugar
ground walnuts, coconut shavings or crushed biscuits to roll the sweets
Method of preparation :
Soften the butter, but do not melt. Cut it into cubes, add the egg, salt and both types of sugar.
Sift the flour and, adding it to the other products, knead a firm dough thoroughly (by hand). To mix easily, the butter must be soft enough. Then form small balls (the size of a walnut) from it and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
While the sweets are cooling, make the glaze.
Mix the cream, cocoa and sugar, put the combination on low heat until it boils. Then reduce the temperature further and leave for 1-2 minutes on the stove.
Dip the delicious balls in the finished glaze and roll in coconut shavings, crushed biscuits, ground nuts or just leave with a chocolate coating.
Arrange in a beautiful suitable dish and serve.
