Necessary products:

  • young corn kernels (about 500 grams)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation:

Put salt and sugar in the water, stir. Pour the liquid over the corn kernels and cook for 3 minutes. Then distribute the hot corn and "broth" in jars, sterilize for 30 minutes, close with plastic lids and leave in hot water overnight. Then sterilize for another 3 1/2 hours, close the jars and allow to cool completely.
