Pour the cream into a saucepan and add the honey and sugar. Place the pan on the hob and let the mixture boil at low temperature.
Stir in the meantime. Then cook for about 25 minutes until the cream darkens, thickens and becomes plastic.
Distribute it in silicone molds (if you use ceramic or metal, grease them first).
Cool, the dessert will harden and then you can serve.
