How To Cook Homemade Chicken Pastrami With Garlic And Honey - Recipe

Required products :

1 piece of chicken breast
1 tablespoon of sea salt per 1 liter of water

For the marinade:

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon honey

 

Method of preparation :

Wash your breasts well. You can remove the skin if you prefer.

Dissolve the salt in the water and put the meat. Let stand for 2 hours.

Make a marinade of crushed garlic, red pepper, nutmeg, olive oil and honey.

Spread it on all sides of the chicken.

Put a suitable form in the oven and turn on to heat at 250 degrees. When hot enough, place the breasts in the pan and bake for 15-17 minutes.

Then turn off the oven, but do not open it. Leave the meat inside for 8-10 hours.

When you take it out, the pastrami will be ready. Cut into pieces and serve.
